This one-off worship event called for a production approach that felt immersive, reliable and effortless. Through careful planning and practical engineering, we created a technical production environment that allowed the congregation to focus on the service—not the technology.
Operating across two venues meant every service began with rebuilding the production system. We designed a portable solution that reduced setup time, improved consistency and gave volunteers a reliable process they could trust week after week.
Not every production system needs replacing. Years of incremental changes had made this installation difficult to operate, maintain and support. By understanding how the system was being used, we simplified the infrastructure, introduced clear organisation and documentation, and created a production system that's easier to operate today and easier to maintain in the future.
